We have two employee classifications:
- Occupational – Front line employees including those covered under a collective bargaining agreement
- Management – Non-union employees

Health and Wellness Benefits
- Medical and Prescription Drug – Qwest offers medical and prescription drug coverage that can help employees stay well through preventive care benefits such as annual physicals – and get treatment when ill or injured. Several medical plan options may be available depending on location.

- Vision Coverage – Qwest offers vision coverage to help keep costs down for eye exams and prescription eyewear.
- Dependent Coverage – Eligible dependents can receive medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage.
