Central Office Service Order Embargoes


End office and tandem switch conversion order embargo for major facility
changes or upgrades shall extend from 45 days prior to conversion until 5
days after conversion for LIS and 10 days prior to conversion until 4 weeks
after conversion for CENTREX services. Quiet time, when no orders with due
dates that fall within the quiet time period are processed, extends 5 days
prior to conversion until 2 days after the conversion.
